Service Agreement

By confirming a booking with our team, you agree to provide accurate details about your move. This includes correct pickup and delivery locations, type of property, and the number of items to be moved. Accurate information helps us plan the move properly and avoid delays on moving day.

Our services include office moving, home moving, apartment shifting, and villa relocation. The scope of work will be based on the details discussed at the time of booking.

Booking and Scheduling

All bookings are subject to availability. Once your moving date is confirmed, we reserve time and resources for your service. If you need to reschedule your move, it is important to inform our team in advance so adjustments can be made without affecting operations.

Delays may occur due to traffic, building restrictions, weather conditions, or access limitations. We make reasonable efforts to complete services on time, but exact timing cannot always be guaranteed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are ready for moving at the scheduled time. Clear access to elevators, parking areas, and entry points must be arranged before the move begins. If building permissions or access approvals are required, they should be obtained before the moving team arrives.

Customers should also inform our team about fragile, heavy, or special items in advance. This allows proper packing methods and equipment to be prepared.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the moving service begins. Service charges are based on the type of move, number of items, distance, and required manpower. Additional charges may apply if extra services are requested during the move or if unexpected conditions increase the workload.

Full or partial payment may be required before or immediately after completion of the service, depending on the agreement.

Damage and Liability

We handle items with care and follow standard packing and moving practices. However, minor scratches or wear may occur during transportation due to normal handling. Customers are encouraged to check their items after the move and report any concerns as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, unsafe packaging done by third parties, or restricted access conditions beyond our control.
